METRO NORTH Referral Rewards Program
Who can be referred?
The Metro North Referral Rewards Program provides rewards to Metro North’s former clients and friends who refer new clients to Metro North. You will receive a $250 Referral Rewards Visa Card after your referee closes on their new home.
Who Can Participate?
Anyone can participate in the program. You send us a buyer, and at closing you get a gift card!
Metro North is a Florida-based 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Community Development Corporations (CDCs) such as Metro North are non-profit housing developers that work to revitalize core city neighborhoods through the building of quality single-family and multifamily workforce housing.
To participate, simply give a potential homebuyer our contact information and make sure they reference who referred them. Participants can also pick up referral cards from our office.
